The room was absolutely stunning, with ample space and a super comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom was clean and had a great shower. There were also additional shared bathrooms available downstairs, so no need to worry about queuing for the toilet. I also had the chance to meet some of the people staying there, who were all really nice and friendly. The atmosphere in the house was rather quiet, which was a plus.
That the toilet was located outside the room and shared with other guests. Although there were additional bathrooms available downstairs, it would have been more convenient to have a toilet closer to the room.

The double room at Netherbrae was absolutely amazing! I loved waking up to the beautiful garden view from my balcony. It made me feel so calm and relaxed, like I was in my own little paradise. Plus, they even provided a cozy bathrobe for that extra touch of luxury. As a vegetarian/vegan, I really appreciated the peaceful ambiance and connection with nature that this room provided.
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about the room. But, some people might find the balcony a tad small for their liking.

I had the most incredible stay at a stunning house in Edinburgh. The room was absolutely fabulous, with a spacious layout and a delightfully comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower, while the shared toilet outside the room wasn't a hassle at all, as there were two additional bathrooms downstairs. The house itself was like stepping into a fantasy novel, with plants growing everywhere and even hanging from the ceiling. The decor had a unique arty feel to it, with an eclectic mix of furnishings that added to its charm. What made my experience truly memorable was getting to meet and chat with the friendly and interesting people who call this house their home. We had wonderful conversations that lasted for hours. I also had the pleasure of using their giant bath, which was an absolute treat. I had an excellent experience at Netherbrae and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delightful stay in Edinburgh.

My stay at this jaw-dropping place was absolute mind-blowing! The room was stunning, with a super-comfortable bed and a clean ensuite bathroom with a good shower. The house itself was like something out of a fantasy novel, with plants growing from every corner and hanging from the ceilings. The decor had an arty feel to it, with an eclectic mix of furnishings that added to its charm. The best part was the friendly and interesting people living there, whom we spent all morning chatting with. The house was surprisingly quiet, and we even had access to a giant bath. I had such a fantastic experience here that I would definitely come back. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, free parking, shared kitchen, leisure/TV room, picnic area/tables. And the cherry on top was the no-smoking policy on-site.
